Job summary

Bank of America Merril Wealth Management is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor in the Advisor Development Program to serve high-net-worth clients within a branch network. You will identify client needs, review goals, and prepare investment recommendations aligned with existing and prospective clients.

The program offers structured training, mentorship, and advancement into independent advisory roles as you grow your book of business and client base within Merril Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE required and active.
• 4+ years of progressive professional and/or military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the investments industry.
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within program time.
• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored and personalized investment advice through client reviews and presentations.
• Understand client needs and align solutions (core Banking, Investment, Life Priority).
• Shadow MFSA teams to grow portfolio and network with internal partners.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop a sustainable book of business and hit financial targets.
• Build relationships with internal service providers based on client needs.
