Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is recruiting for an MFSA under the Advisor Development Program. You’ll work at a Merrill branch with high-net-worth clients, identifying needs and preparing investment recommendations that align with client goals.

The program provides training, mentorship, and a clear path to an independent advisory practice, with growth opportunities in a collaborative in‑office culture.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE certification is required or currently held.
• 4+ years of progressive professional and/or military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the investments industry.
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within program time.
• Strong relationship-building and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, personalized investment guidance to clients.
• Assess financial goals and recommend appropriate investment strategies.
• Support portfolio growth by building relationships with advisors and clients.
• Use technology to enhance client onboarding and service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop advisory skills and grow the book of business.
