Job summary

Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program (MFSA). You will learn to provide personalized investment guidance to high net worth clients, reviews of financial goals, and development of a sustainable book of business within a structured training path.

Participants gain mentorship, access to Merrill resources, and exposure to a broad range of financial solutions while progressing toward independent advisory roles.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE required and Series 7/66 licenses targeted within program.
• 4+ years of progressive professional and/or military experience.
• 2+ years in the investments industry and ability to obtain licenses within program time.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored investment advice via client reviews and presentations.
• Identify client goals and recommend investment advisory strategies.
• Build a book of business and promote portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with management to assess financial goals and opportunities.
• Maintain regulatory due diligence and risk management across activities.
• Develop networks with internal partners and high net worth clients.
