Job summary

Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) to work with high-net-worth clients in a branch, identifying needs and developing relationships that align with investment goals. You will prepare investment recommendations and collaborate with the advisory team to drive growth.

Through the Advisor Development Program, you will receive structured in-branch mentorship, training, and a path to independent practice.

Qualifications

• Current FINRA SIE required or in progress.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and grow business.
• Strong communication, planning, and advisory skills.
• Licensing track for Series 7 and 66 within program time.

Responsibilities

• Learn to provide tailored financial advice and review client goals.
• Identify suitable Banking, Investment and Life Priority solutions.
• Support mentors and shadow advisory teams to grow book of business.
• Leverage technology to optimize client experience and service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to meet financial targets and advance career.
• Develop relationships with internal service providers based on client needs.
• Proactively manage risk across business activities and transactions.
