Sun Recruiting, Inc. is recruiting for a Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate Attorney in Dallas, TX.

This AmLaw 100 firm offers a hybrid schedule with three in-office days weekly, and exposure to high-stakes financial disputes across commercial transactions, restructurings, and related litigation. Ideal candidates hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school, Texas bar in good standing, and 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a leading firm, with strong writing and advocacy

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a top firm preferred.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning and implementation.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other substantive court filings.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and trial proceedings.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school

Active Bar Admission in Texas
