Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a Service Technician to inspect, repair, and install customer equipment in the field. You will build strong customer relationships and ensure service quality across projects, while complying with safety guidelines and company policies.

The role requires a valid driver's license, DOT medical exam, and 1–5 years of experience in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical service. Travel to training and customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–5 years experience in repair and service of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and install customer equipment in the field.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and uphold Rite-Hite image.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies; complete paperwork accurately.
• Lead and mentor technicians as skills develop; may train others.
• Operate service vehicle and equipment per DOT standards; adhere to site requirements.
