Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks a Field Service Technician to inspect, repair and install customer equipment in the field, delivering reliable performance and customer satisfaction.

You will build strong customer relations while following safety guidelines, DOT standards, and company procedures. Some travel may be required as you support multiple offices and train junior technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years experience in repair and service of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and install customer equipment in the field.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations and service excellence.
• Complete paperwork accurately for field service tickets and safety analyses.
• Operate service vehicle per DOT standards and safety guidelines.
• Guide other technicians as skills develop and participate in training.
