Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Field Service Technician to inspect, repair, maintain and install customer equipment at customer sites, upholding Rite-Hites service standards.

The role requires 1–5 years of experience in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, a valid drivers license, and DOT medical clearance. You will mentor peers and collaborate with other departments while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• DOT medical exam required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints & schematics.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Capable of working independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and install customer equipment in the field.
• Develop and maintain good customer relations.
• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Train other technicians as skills develop.
• Complete service tickets and safety documentation.
• Operate service vehicle and equipment per DOT standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Travel as needed for training/support (domestic overnight up to 20%).
