Job summary

Obagi Cosmeceuticals is seeking a charismatic field sales consultant to join our expanding team in San Francisco. You will promote and sell advanced skincare products to physicians, dermatologists, and beauty channels across a defined geography, using multiple outreach methods.

You will drive promotional programs, develop training for providers, and host education sessions to build trust and expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Healthcare Administration, or Life Sciences focus preferred.
• Direct B2B sales experience in dermatology, skin care, aesthetics, or beauty highly preferred.
• 3–5+ years of field sales experience; manage 40–50+ accounts across a territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% locally, including overnight stays as needed.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; confident, outgoing demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to current and new customers within a defined geography through multiple channels.
• Drive product promotion through approved promotional items and field programs.
• Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to grow demand and sell-through.
• Develop and coordinate physician training programs to enhance in-house services.
• Host product and procedure education sessions to establish credibility with key accounts.
• Implement and execute marketing strategies, leveraging promotions and market leaders.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with territory team, providers, and accounts.
• Participate in scheduled sales meetings, district/regional calls, and other business meetings.
