Job summary

Obagi is seeking a regional manager to lead and coach a team of 8–11 field sales representatives across assigned territories. You will drive sales growth, develop strategic plans, and ensure compliance with company policies while engaging with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supervisory B2B sales experience in dermatology or aesthetic markets, with up to 60% travel and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; business, healthcare administration, or life sciences focus preferred.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory experience managing field sales teams.
• Direct B2B sales experience in dermatology, skincare, aesthetic sales, or related markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead a team of 8–11 field sales representatives to meet sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve regional targets.
• Uphold company compliance policies across the region.
• Build relationships with providers: Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Medical Spas.
• Attend National/Regional conventions and trade shows.
• Evaluate and coach performance against KPIs to drive growth.
