Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks an experienced Family Office Accounting Manager to maintain the financial records of our high-net-worth family clients. This role supports the Family Office Accounting team with accounting and financial reporting needs for executives, business owners, and entertainers.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day accounting, prepare cash flow analyses, and ensure accurate books. A CPA, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and QuickBooks expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; Master's and CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in wealth management or family office.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office; strong detail orientation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and report financial position for ultra-high net-worth clients.
• Oversee accounts payable and bill-pay functions; vendor management.
• Prepare cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for families.
• Produce timely financial statements and analyses; support ad-hoc projects.
• Lead and train junior staff; liaise with internal teams.
