Job summary

Impact Family Office, a Certified B-Corp, seeks a mid-level Accounting professional to execute the financial reporting and accounting for our clients. The role reports to the Accounting Manager and is full-time.

You will perform full-cycle accounting (A/R, A/P, payroll, G/L, tax payments), prepare statements, and coordinate with tax professionals and vendors. A CPA or CPA candidate and 3–5+ years experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field; CPA preferred.
• 3–5+ years of accounting, business administration or financial services experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; experience with private company or trust accounting is a plus.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and communicate confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting (A/R, A/P, P/R, G/L, tax payments) including month-end close.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor assets, liabilities, and investment activity across entities and holdings.
• Review and reconcile bank, card, investment, and intercompany statements.
• Coordinate with tax professionals, attorneys, and advisors; manage filing calendars.
• Process invoices, payments, and general office tasks; track time for invoicing.
