Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors, a premier wealth management firm, seeks an experienced Family Office Accounting Manager to maintain comprehensive financial records for high-net-worth clients. You will support the Family Office Accounting team, coordinate payroll, accounts payable, cash flow, and detailed reporting, growing your expertise in a dynamic wealth-management environment.

The role offers exposure to ultra-high-net-worth client needs, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related accounting experience
• Experience in Financial Industry/Family Office a plus
• CPA designation preferred (not mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all accounting functions for ultra-high net-worth clients
• Oversee bill pay functions
• Handle day-to-day accounts payable including vendor management and invoice review
• Prepare cashflow planning for high net-worth clients including budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and review timely and accurate financial reports and analyses
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as required
• Maintain client household payroll
• Oversee/train junior staff to ensure accuracy of books and records
• Liaise with internal service teams to develop strong working relationships
