Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients and coordinate strategic meetings with litigators
• Build rapport, assess case fit, and convert qualified leads into clients
• Clearly explain the firm’s value, retainers, and next steps
• Match clients with the appropriate litigator based on needs, complexity, and budget
• Deliver five-star service to every prospective client, whether or not they retain us
• Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to the litigation team
