Antonyan Miranda, LLP in Southern California seeks an Intake Attorney with an active California Bar license to join our premier family law team. This full-time, in-person role focuses on qualifying prospective clients through phone consultations and coordinating with litigators.

You will build rapport, explain retainers, and match clients with the appropriate litigator, delivering five-star service. The base salary comes with performance-based bonuses; high performers can earn significantly

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients and coordinate strategic meetings with litigators.
• Build rapport, assess case fit, and convert qualified leads into clients.
• Clearly explain the firm’s retainers and next steps to clients.
• Match clients with the appropriate litigator based on needs, complexity, and budget.
• Deliver five-star service to every prospective client, whether or not they retain us.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to the litigation team.

We are seeking a polished, motivated, and sales-driven Intake Attorney with an active California Bar license to join our firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust quickly with prospective clients.

This position includes a base salary plus a lucrative bonus structure tied to new client acquisition. High performers can earn significant bonus compensation which can more than double their base pay. Spanish fluency and family law knowledge are preferred, but not required.

What You’ll Do
