The role focuses on educating clients, resolving inquiries, and expanding relationships across Morgan Stanley products while maintaining compliance and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive industry-leading service culture for Executive Relationships.
• Provide education on equity compensation and Wealth Management offerings.
• Develop and deliver solutions for Executives’ inquiries, from education to complex transactions.
• Build relationships with a book of executives and corporate clients with growth opportunities.
• Support high-value participants (domestic and international) on Shareworks and Equity Edge platforms.
• Educate participants on 10b5-1 plans.
• Understand Morgan Stanley products and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and risk adherence.
