Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks a Platinum Relationship Manager within the E*TRADE Premium and Specialty Client Solutions (ETPS) group to retain and grow our most valuable retail clients in New Jersey. You will deliver white-glove service, understand investments, and coordinate with Morgan Stanley products to meet client goals.

Responsibilities include educating clients, facilitating trades, and leveraging market knowledge while maintaining compliance and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) and ability to be registered in states.
• Experience in brokerage or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service to high-value E*TRADE clients.
• Provide product education, trade facilitation, and connect clients with Morgan Stanley products.
• Utilize knowledge of futures and contracts trading and market analysis.
• Address client issues with strong problem solving to ensure a world-class experience.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to meet service needs.
• Identify opportunities to maximize Morgan Stanley products and services.
• Maintain focus on sales, customer satisfaction and overall client experience.
• Adhere to policies to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
• Manage high volumes of client interactions with strong organizational skills and schedule discipline.
