Qualifications

• 1+ year of client service experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and engage high-net-worth clients.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to connect with potential clients.
• Develop understanding of Morgan Stanley products and how to present them.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries and needs.
• Exceed client expectations through onboarding, deepening, and retention.
• Identify and gather net new assets from existing clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on E*TRADE platforms and maximize offering usage.
• Focus on performance, sales, satisfaction, and overall customer experience.
• Mitigate risk by adhering to policies and procedures.
