• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
• Consistent in-office attendance to support a collaborative culture.
• Ability to interact professionally with management, artists, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for SVP ML and AI and multiple VPs.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports per company policy.
• Organize meetings with agendas, materials, and action items; follow up on tasks.
• Support department initiatives, projects, and cross-functional programs.
• Maintain project documents, meeting notes, and status updates to ensure visibility.
