Job summary

Navan is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager to deliver best-in-class travel services for key clients in the United States. You will support travellers across changes, cancellations, and updates to hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings, while maintaining detailed program documentation and aligning with client objectives.

You will provide accurate fare information, manage post-sale planning through final billing, and continuously improve product knowledge to raise service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Travel planning and delivering travel solutions to enterprise clients.
• Strong customer service mindset with professional communication.
• Proficiency with Sabre and PNR creation and ticketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist travellers with personalized travel support before, during, and after travel, including changes and cancellations.
• Provide accurate fare information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
• Work with client contacts to understand and meet program objectives.
• Identify clients' key success factors for projects and ensure delivery.
• Maintain thorough project documentation including contracts and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues using agent tools and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate program planning from post-sale to final billing.
• Participate in team meetings and stay updated on product launches and initiatives.
• Train in Navan/RM Systems and support Team Lead.
