You’ll maintain menu knowledge, place orders accurately, suggest desserts or coffee, set tables to standard, and uphold safety and cleanliness across dining spaces.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior serving experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, rain or other outdoor conditions.
• Requires lifting and transporting objects up to 30 pounds.
• Requires standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Demonstrates integrity and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members, players, caddies and patrons.
• Maintains full knowledge of menu, bar selections and abbreviations.
• Places orders into the kitchen and communicates any special requests.
• Serves food and beverages using proper sequence and techniques; suggests items.
• Remains attentive to patrons and offers additional items as needed.
• Sets tables according to restaurant standards.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, sanitation and presentation of spaces.
• Completes opening, closing and side work duties.
• Attends pre-meal meetings as requested.
