Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking an Event Security Officer for UBS Arena at Belmont Park, New York. The role reports to the Event Security Manager and focuses on security operations during events, ensuring standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an Event Security role preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have ability to function independently in fast-paced environments and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall security for all events at UBS Arena.
• Effectively service guests, clients, and employees.
• Be a team player and self-motivated.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work all posts assigned to you.
• Use company radios and communication devices as required.
• Operate screening equipment to detect prohibited items entering UBS Arena.
• Write incident reports documenting guest and employee interactions.
