Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics for conferences.
• Coordinate design themes with graphics for conference materials (bio books, mementos, posters, badges).
• Coordinate the scheduling of high-level government officials to speak at the conference.
• Coordinate with security and facility personnel for attendee counts, speaker clearances, and special requirements.
• Arrange hotel accommodations for senior staff and negotiate rates; arrange business dinners.
• Support joint programs between industry and Government in R&D areas.
• Coordinate with the government sponsor on meeting requirements (facility, speakers, logistics).
• Coordinate online registration website(s) for conferences.
• Coordinate and organize speakers, exhibits, and catering.
