Calqulate is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a full-time, on-site role in Mattoon, Illinois. The position offers a $700,000 annual compensation with flexible blocks such as 7-on/7-off and alternate-week rotations, plus strong referral networks and modern surgical facilities.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or immediate eligibility).
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical judgment and surgical skill, with a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical interventions across general ENT scope.
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites and outpatient centers.
• Design and establish your ideal practice schedule, with flexible blocks (7-on/7-off, etc.).
• Collaborate with primary and pediatric referral networks.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records and follow-up care.
