Job summary

Cardone Ventures is seeking a results-driven sales professional to sell Elite Edge workshop tickets from our Scottsdale, AZ office. You will drive revenue through high-volume outbound calls, manage a personal pipeline in HubSpot, and move qualified business owners through our ecosystem with strong discovery and objection handling.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience, a GED or high school diploma, and a proven ability to meet demanding targets.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year sales experience required, 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling Elite Edge tickets through high-volume outbound calls.
• Manage a personal pipeline with timely follow-ups and HubSpot notes.
• Close 6+ Elite Edge tickets per week; meet onboarding and event-date targets.
• Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and other channels.
• Collaborate in daily sales training and reviews to improve performance.
