Seaside Plumbing is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first impression for homeowners on the Eastern Shore. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, scheduling service and guiding customers with empathy and urgency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Drive).
• Ability to assess situations quickly and act accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and service needs.
• Create a warm, professional, and reassuring experience for every caller.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat.
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and expectations are clear.
