Job summary

LMR Technical Group (Lmrtec) is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join our Human Performance Team supporting the U.S. Air Force. This role involves designing strength and conditioning programs, conducting evaluations, and providing coaching to enhance physical readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, CSCS certification, and experience in supporting athletes. Lmrtec offers a comprehensive benefits package and a unique opportunity to work with operational Airmen in an embedded team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field required.
• NSCA CSCS certification and CPR/AED certification must be current.
• Ability to meet installation access requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and readiness assessments.
• Deliver coaching focused on injury prevention and performance.
