Qualifications

• Extensive playing or coaching experience at a high level (provincial, national, or professional).
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with a track record in sports academy settings.
• Experience in developing curricula and athlete development pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of cricket coaches and support staff.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive cricket coaching curriculum.
• Oversee recruitment and selection of talented young cricketers.
• Establish performance benchmarks for athletes and the academy.
• Monitor progress and provide development plans for athletes.
• Foster relationships with players, parents and governing bodies.
• Manage the academy budget, resources and facilities.
• Organize training camps, practice matches and inter-academy events.
• Represent the academy at events and promotions.
