• Proven ability to develop and implement successful coaching strategies and athlete development programs.
• Strong understanding of sports psychology, nutrition, and injury prevention specific to cricket.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and staff.
