You will guide a dedicated team, ensure safety and licensing standards, manage budgets and drive growth through strong parent partnerships and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education/administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership/management role in an early learning setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development, curricula, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in staff management, financial oversight and operations leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the early learning center, ensuring a safe, stimulating environment.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and support staff; foster collaboration.
• Develop and implement high-quality educational programs for ages 0-6.
• Ensure licensing, health, safety standards, and company policies are met.
• Manage the center's budget, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain transparent relationships with parents and the community.
