Job summary

WithCoverage is seeking a Lead Risk Advisor to own construction client relationships end-to-end and scale the construction vertical. You will engage GCs, specialty contractors, and developers to assess exposures, lead Risk Analyses, and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable impact.

Deep fluency in construction casualty, builders risk, and program structures is required. You will build relationships with underwriting partners and lead, measure, and report on insurance programs while

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of commercial insurance experience with construction focus.
• Deep familiarity with GL (OCIPs/CCIPs), WC, auto, builders risk, and professional lines.
• Confident presenting analyses, program comparisons, or broker proposals to C-suite/owners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of construction accounts end-to-end.
• Lead client-facing Risk Analyses with senior executives; diagnose coverage gaps.
• Develop and present marketing proposals for renewals and new business.
• Build and refine playbooks for the construction vertical.
• Maintain relationships with underwriting partners across markets.
• Conduct contract and certificate reviews; flag coverage mismatches.
• Lead, measure, and report on ongoing insurance programs and audits.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Ops teams for a differentiated client experience.
