Responsibilities

• Coordinate with building management and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Log and track concierge and building keys for move-ins/move-outs.
• Maintain building safety and monitor security cameras, escalate issues promptly.
• Handle package deliveries and external vendor deliveries.
• Maintain shift logs and ensure clear handover between shifts.
• Background check is required upon hire.
