Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino is seeking a Food and Beverage Event Coordinator to provide critical support for concerts and special events. You will coordinate staffing for venues, track inventories, reconcile bar sales, and assist with ordering and cost control.

You will work with F&B teams to ensure AAA Four Diamond service standards, safety compliance, and smooth operation before, during, and after events, including overtime labor management and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of banquets or events experience in a hospitality environment.
• Basic understanding of bar areas, bar systems, and POS units.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Effective written and verbal communication with guests, team members, and management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for concerts and events at venues including The Venue and pool areas.
• Assist with assigning on-demand labor and tracking sign-in sheets for outsourced staff.
• Track and reconcile concert bar sales and manage labor costs.
• Assist with ordering products and tracking inventories.
• Provide support for ad-hoc requests and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with health standards and emergency procedures.
