Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), a division of Lennox International, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support commercial customers in Spokane, WA. In this field role you will perform on-site maintenance, repairs and calibrations on rooftop and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–6 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and self-schedule.
• Willing to travel; some weekend/night work may be required.
• NATE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic non-complex problems; refer complex issues to senior tech.
• Use experience to determine service requirements.
• Advise manager on inspections and corrective actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety measures daily.
• Other duties as assigned; overtime/weekend as needed.
• Travel may be required occasionally.
