• At least two years of hands‑on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know‑how to pull, straighten and square damaged parts.
• Blueprinting and precise repair approach to ensure first‑time quality.
• Must demonstrate tight bolts, strong welds and meticulous workmanship.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team player who collaborates with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair, from minor to major frame work.
• Handle panel and structural tasks and restore factory specs.
• Finish with precise fit and finish; ensure quality reassembly.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
