• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and proposals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding client needs.
• Provide excellent service and communication with a focus on problem-solving.
• Promote high standards for customer service and LandCare's culture.
• Provide organizational management, leadership and communication between the client and production team.
• Maintain LandCare's Landscape Quality Audit process with Production Manager.
• Create client proposals, contracts, recommendations and estimates meeting client objectives.
• Coordinate between client expectations and production reality to reflect quality.
• Promote sustainable landscape solutions that benefit health of the planet.
