We are seeking a Client Relations Director on the Sales Team to build and nurture relationships with new and existing

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client relationship management or sales for high-value clientele
• Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong experience with CRM, presentations, and productivity tools
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Experience and enthusiasm for international travel is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client leads with Marketing collaboration
• Qualify prospective clients for long-term partnerships
• Tailor proposals with Owner Partner Team for offerings
• Lead the closing process and coordinate with Finance for payments
• Oversee the Experience Team to exceed client expectations in planning, homes and staffing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Meet KPIs including bookings, prospecting activity, and CSAT scores
