The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Northeast Florida is seeking a dedicated culinary professional for a full-time fine dining position. You will prepare all foods according to standard recipes and ensure guest satisfaction through quality and consistency.

Applicants must have strong stamina, be able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible day/night and weekend shifts are required; excellent benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3 years of À la Carte Service / Fine Dining experience.
• Ability to prepare items according to standard recipes.
• Understand portion control and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.
• Inspect and select high-quality ingredients for menu items.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage of products and portions.
• Read recipes and perform math for accurate preparation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work long hours standing, with lifting up to 50 lbs.
