Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute food order deliveries to tables accurately and promptly.
• Stock line with plates, bowls and utensils for service.
• Rotate, label and date all food on stations.
• Ensure proper sanitation and hotel food safety standards.
• Assist with setup and closing duties as needed.
• Support dining room operations and communicate with team members.

Job description:

• 1.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
• 2.Arrive to work on time, consistently.
• 3.Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
• 4.Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
• 5.Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
• 6.Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
• 7.Maintain a clean, neat and organized work environment.
• 8.Follow all directions and processes in place.
• 9.Communicate with all internal and external customers efficiently.
• 10.Properly rotate all mis en place.
• 11.Clean and maintain equipment properly.
• 12.Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
• 13.Execute all food order deliveries to the correct tables and areas.
• 14.Stock the line with plates and bowls and any other utensils needed for the day.
• 15.Organize and set up work station fast and efficiently.
• 16.Rotate, label and date all food on stations.
• 17.Check all Jonas paper in all machines before service.
• 18.At end of each shift provide Chef with a list of products and jobs needed for the next shift.
• 19.Check out with Dining Room Manager before leaving.
• 20.Perform any other jobs that will assist in quality member and guest service as assigned by Dining Room Manager or Chef.
