• 3 years À La Carte Service / Fine Dining knowledge.
• Prepares all foods according to standard recipes to ensure consistency of product to the guest.
• Reads and writes English.
• Requires stamina for standing and physical effort.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods according to recipes to ensure quality and consistency for guests.
• Visually inspect and select high-quality ingredients for menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness, proper storage, and portion control.
