Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Cardiology
• Licensed or eligible for NY licensure
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills

• EMR familiarity and value-based care knowledge a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow patient base

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cardiovascular care as a key clinical provider
• Perform history, physical exams, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
• Manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions using evidence-based practices
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans for heart health
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and prevention
• Document thoroughly in the EMR system
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams
• Mentor clinical trainees and supervise staff
• Ensure HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS compliance and payer guidelines
