Qualifications

• Experience building, repairing, and selling bicycles preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement, specifically in the Bike Department.
• Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation.
• Demonstrate passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in sport or activity.
• Promote warranty sales, Scorecard loyalty program, private-label cards, and seasonal promotions.
• Achieve sales goals through selling bikes and related merchandise.
• Build and repair bikes per established procedures and assist with exercise equipment assembly as needed.
• Maintain Bike Department presentation standards and signage.
