Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high‑volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and craft beer.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails and drinks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Engage guests with recommendations and an interactive service.
• Process orders accurately into the POS system.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Assist with food running and bussing when needed.
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and safety standards.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to management.
• Support front-of-house to ensure a smooth service.
• Handle cash and end-of-shift procedures.
