Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Lincoln, CA is seeking a Banquet Server to provide banquet dining service for events and special occasions with courteous, efficient, professional guest experiences.

You will support event setup and breakdown, communicate dietary needs to the kitchen, and maintain cleanliness and high service standards. Prior banquet/restaurant serving experience is preferred; must be 18+ and able to obtain a Tribal Gaming License. Flexible schedule including holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior restaurant or banquet serving experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and management.
• Able to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends and evenings.
• Must be at least 18 years old and obtain Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Provide banquet dining service for events following setup and sequence of service.
• Deliver food and monitor guest needs with attentiveness and courtesy.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth, high-quality service.
• Assist with event setup, service, and teardown including tables, linens and buffets.
• Respond to guest questions and direct concerns to management.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and sanitary practices.
• Provide professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and service requirements.
