Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.
• Able to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs during shift.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders and describe preparation and price.
• Make drink recommendations and upsell when possible.
• Prepare drinks to Thunder Valley standards and record transactions in the POS.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and not over-served.
• Keep beverage stations stocked and products fresh; rotate stock.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to Beverage management.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
