Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking an AutoCenter Service Advisor in Augusta, GA to bridge the gap between our technicians and customers. You will clearly communicate estimates, repair plans, and timelines while coordinating workflow and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

You will work in a team-focused environment, using CRM tools and digital vehicle inspections to drive efficiency, quality, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Greet customers warmly and listen actively to document vehicle concerns accurately.
• Communicate detailed estimates, repair recommendations, and timelines.
• Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and prioritize tasks to maximize technician productivity.
