Job summary

Alloy Automotive Partners is Texas’ leading independent European repair group with locations in Carrollton, Plano, Grapevine, and Cypress. The Service Advisor role connects customer needs with expert service, guiding repairs and services while delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will manage repairs, provide accurate estimates, and communicate options clearly to clients, coordinating with technicians and handling financing and parts workflow to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or customer service roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficient in basic computer programs and automotive service software.
• Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership and experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Performance: meet monthly gross profit goals and KPIs.
• Repair Order Management: develop estimates and secure approvals.
• Customer Service: greet customers and gather vehicle details.
• Communication: clearly explain repairs, costs, and options.
• Technology: use TekMetric, POS, and financing platforms to update status.
