Fields Jaguar Land Rover is looking for energetic sales team members to join our dealership in Bellevue. You will build relationships with customers, guide vehicle selections, and demonstrate knowledge of products and technology in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a commission-based pay plan. Base pay plus commission ranges from $85,000 to $150,000 annually, with opportunities for professional growth within our family-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's and outs of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
