We offer comprehensive benefits and a commission-based pay structure with a base range of $85,000 to $150,000 annually, plus opportunities for growth within the organization.

Formación

• Excellent communication with customers; able to build relationships.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to listen and respond.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
• Acceptable driving record according to dealership guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions and listening to responses.
• Be the vehicle expert; know product offerings, packages and technology.
• Demonstrate new/used vehicles with high quality and professionalism.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
• Bring your A game and positive attitude every day.
