Ferman Automotive Group in Tampa, FL seeks an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles to the highest standards. You will act as a technical expert, performing advanced diagnostics and mentoring junior technicians.

The role requires hands-on experience, ASE Master Certification preferred, clean driving record, and commitment to safety. You will work in a fast-paced, dealer-style shop, following manufacturer specs and dealership policies.

Qualifications

High level automotive diagnostic and repair expertise required.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems.
Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to interpret manuals, repair procedures, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake concerns.
Perform advanced troubleshooting using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
Complete maintenance and repair services per manufacturer standards.
Document findings and recommendations on repair orders.
Mentor apprentice, lube, and service technicians; support shop leadership.
